A Soulful Reflection
Monday Musings
The mirror of the soul cannot reflect anything in the mind’s eye that isn’t truly present.
A still lake can’t show the image of a mountain, the shadow of a tree, or the outline of a cloud unless they are nearby.
Light won’t cast the shadow of something that doesn’t exist. Nothing can be seen, heard, or felt without a real essence. Everything beyond that is just noise.
When standing against evil, being bold isn’t excess—it’s necessary. Those who soften their truth share only a fraction of it, hiding the rest out of fear of public backlash. I wouldn’t be surprised if people labeled me as “someone who focuses too much on the darker side of life, bringing nothing but complaints and negativity.”
But here’s the thing, my friend: in the house of ignorance, there’s no mirror to reflect the soul.
Life, my teacher, may feel like darkness, but it always ends in the brilliance of daylight. Always.
