Do it today, because one day you can’t run. One day you can’t lift. One day you can’t push yourself to do more, to learn more, to be more.
You owe it to them. To your future self. To try everything you want to try. To go everywhere you want to go, to evolve into everything you know you’re capable of.
Regret is the enemy, and the only time to fight it is today!

There will be moments when the weight of feeling unseen will press heavy on your heart.
It’s as if no one quite understands the complexity of who you are, the layers you carry, and the thoughts that shape your every move.
But know this: being misunderstood is not a reflection of your worth, but rather a testament to your uniqueness.
Sometimes, your journey requires you to walk paths that others may not comprehend, but that doesn’t mean you’re lost, it means you’re growing in ways that are yet to be seen by others.
Trust the process of becoming. The right people, the ones who truly see you, without the need for explanations or validation, will find their way to you.
And when they do, they’ll understand you like no one else ever could.
Let it go: fear, anger, envy, hate, regret.
You have to change your mindset. You have to change your routine. You have to cut people out of your life that are dragging you down with them.
You have to find that motivation deep down in you and spark that fuse. You have to push harder!
Somedays I struggle. Somedays I cry. Somedays I'm holding on to all of the pieces just so I can feel whole.
And on the days where I feel like I can't go on, I remind myself that I've made it through everything that was meant to break me. That I've made it through everytyhing that was meant to push me back down.
Sometimes we just need to relax and enjoy life.
Good Morning and remember: Whatever you focus on, becomes your reality.
So focus on your goals, not the obstacles.
Stay quiet about your goals, and pretty soon your results will do all the talking.
Appreciate it. Appreciate everything. Appreciate when you walk outside and the sun warms you. Appreciate it when someone smiles at you. Appreciate the people who tell you they care about you. Appreciate Who You are.
Always remember this. Life feels the hardest when you're about to reach a new level. The challenges you face are there to push you, to help you grow stronger.
It's easy to feel discouraged but remember: every struggle is a sign that you are closer to something greater. Keep going. Don't give up, because the toughest times lead to the biggest breakthroughs.
